Washington D.C. needed help with their 50,000 gallon Japanese pond -

Most items are shipped
within 48 business hours, unless it is a special order or custom filter
system. We do ship many items within 24 hours, however during
the spring season we might have to ship within 48 hours. |
Return Policy: |
All returns and order cancellations after shipment are subject to a
20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be credited.
All return
Shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of a
return. All
returns must be approved with a Return Authorization (RA) prior to
shipping back. Any equipment which has been used and/or tested
in the water, is not eligible for return credit, including but not
limited to pumps, UV Clarifiers, bulbs, Vacs, filters and the like. Special orders are non-returnable, as are water
conditioners, foods, books, videos, aquatic plant liquids and
tubing.
All custom manufactured or custom assembled equipment orders,
cancelled after 5 days, including but not limited to Aquabead Plus
Systems, Aquabead Filters, Alpha 1 Plus systems, Alpha 1 Filters,
Aquadyne Filters, Bubble Bead Filters, ZAP Pure
Sterilizers, Aqua Ultraviolet Viper Units, and the like, will be
subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
All orders which are cancelled before shipping out from our
warehouse are subject to a 5% processing fee for handling the credit
card transactions. All orders which have been sent with FREE
SHIPPING and are then returned, will be subject to that shipping fee
charged back to buyer making return.
Returns and return
requests must be made within 21 days of purchase. Please call
or email us FIRST before returning any product(s) All returns
must have a pre-approved return authorization (RA) number before
being shipped back.
