We would like to let you know how much we enjoy your site. We

how strong submersible pump we need in our pond.
Its approx. 10000 gal.10ft waterfall.we would appreciate if you

Hi,
Thanks for your kind comments..
The general rule is that you would like a pump that turns over
the pond volume roughly once per hour, although less is ok on
larger ponds.
Depending on how much water you would like to move, and how
strong of a waterfall - I would recommend a 5,000 to 10,000
gallon per hour pump. However, I would definately recommend using
an energy efficient external pump vs. a submersible pump.
Submersible pumps burn up to 5 times as much energy, and can
really run up your bill. Our best high flow pond pumps are the
