2,000 Gallon Koi Pond I live in Upstate, New York. Unfortunately our summers are so short here that we have to make the most of the time we have! I have had my pond for 3 years now. This past spring I had it enlarged from 500 gallons to approximately 2,000. At first I was totally overwhelmed. I didn't realize there was so much involved in water gardening. However, over time I have learned by trial and error and especially from MacArthur Water Gardens website and Carolyn Weise. I found your newsletter to be a wealth of good information. I currently have seven KOI and one fantail. My idea of therapy is sitting in a lounge chair next to the pond feeding the fish!!!
