Perfect Balance
We are enjoying our 1,000 gallon
pond that has a filter system and a fall. We have 10 fish and
numerous water plants that have created a perfect balance for
the water in the pond. The water hosts two Koi fish and a
mixture of various goldfish.
In addition, water lilies, parrot
feather, iris, several different kinds of bog plants are
thriving well. This spring, the pond was the home of six
frogs. Frequent visitors include humming birds, dragon flies,
and butterflies. Birds bathe daily in the cool water and feed
at the various feeders around the pond.
